Chi Upsilon Sigma National Latin Sorority

Purpose:

1. Develop an educational, cultural, political, and social awareness amongst its members, the New Mexico State University community and its surrounding areas.
2. Provide a space where its members may gain a valuable knowledge of the cultures that are reflected by the membership.
3. Foster a sense of sisterhood within the membership through the values of education, service, and respect.
4. Promote and preserve the Latino culture.
5. Have open lines of communication with all campus organizations and administration.
6. Provide women at New Mexico State University (Las Cruces) with another choice among Greek letter sororities.
